Water Tank Bakery is getting a new deck oven!
This means we will be shutting down all production for the week of January 12th-18th.
(This is the best-case scenario timeline, and suject to change. I will keep you posted.)
The oven we are replacing has served us well, but due to its age, ongoing repair costs and production limitations, we have decided to replace it. As we head towards our 5th anniversary, I am proud to be able to make this major upgrade and really looking forward to the increased baking capacity and product consistency it will afford. Thank you all for contributing to our success and understanding the necessity for this shutdown.
Normal retail hours will resume on Tuesday the 20th.
